Join us in building a brighter future together.
Legacy Lab is a strategic incubator for empowerment, equity, and transformation. Founded by M’Balu “Lu” Bangura, Legacy Lab exists to continue the legacy of growth and possibility for underserved and overburdened communities—through storytelling, leadership development, and resource activation.
We believe legacy isn’t inherited—it’s built. Legacy Lab is founded on one principal belief: Everyone deserves the dignity of possibility.
As a lab, we experiment boldly. We curate initiatives that respond to real-world barriers with creative, community-rooted solutions. From healing-centered leadership programs to empowerment-driven resource grants, each initiative is designed to help individuals and communities rise.
Inspired by founder Lu Bangura's upcoming book of the same title, The Glass Collective is the flagship initiative of Legacy Lab, Inc., designed to cultivate a vibrant, intergenerational community of women committed to uplifting one another through storytelling, resource sharing, and mentorship. Through curated experiences, we create intentional spaces where women connect, heal, and grow together.
Each event directly fuels the Legacy Catalyst Fund, a financial resource dedicated to supporting women in the early stages of building their legacy. Whether it's startup costs, professional licensing fees, or educational materials, 100% of event proceeds go toward helping women take their next bold step.
Together, we’re not just hosting events—we’re building a movement rooted in equity, empowerment, and sustainable support
